- My app need some permission to run

- READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE ,SET_WALLPAPER - need to set and get wallpaper

- INSTALL_SHORTCUT ,REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES. install new app and uninstall app.

- BIND_APPWIDGET add some widget to screen as clock, google search.....

- Read Sms, Read contacts, Read call log: Needed by unread Sms counter and missed call counter feature
